All stones will be sent via Royal Mail. The cost will be confirmed at the time of ordering and I'll always use the cheapest option available for the weight, which may be an alternative courier.

I use good quality recycled boxes and packaging where possible, as this helps to keep my prices low. I don't charge extra for packaging.

All of my designs are hand painted with love and care by me, free hand. No printing or stencils! I will always try to accommodate all designs and requests

it isn't essential to do anything to your stones, but if they're permanently outside, ie on a memorial, then you could help to protect against weathering by giving them a coat of spray, glossy varnish once a year, as you would with garden furniture. Also, try not to leave in standing water / puddles where possible
